Recipe of the Moment- Fancy Nancy Nachos

First dubbed "Auntie Nancy Nachos," because that's who invented them, they soon became "Fancy Nancy Nachos" after our favorite storybook character. I just call them amazing!

1 lb. ground turkey
1 can S&W Santa Fe beans
1 can diced, peeled tomatoes w/ green chiles, drained
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 packet taco seasoning
mexican blend grated cheese
chips

Brown the ground turkey in a large pan. Add all canned ingredients and taco seasoning, and a small amount of water if needed. Allow to simmer for a few minutes, and then serve over chips and cover with cheese!
